What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the general management of the hospital, preparing for advancement to a CEO position
- Engage in curriculum-based and hands-on learning experiences
- Take on a varied initial scope of responsibilities based on education, experience, and skills
- Focus on key business areas, including clinical management, finance, and community partnerships
- Work closely under the mentorship of a Chief Executive Officer at a free-standing inpatient psychiatric facility

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience as a Program Director, Executive Director, or Clinical and Operations Manager in a behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of behavioral health management practices, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with operations and financial management in a healthcare context
- Openness to relocation as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in "for profit" healthcare settings
- Previous leadership experience in an inpatient acute behavioral health environment
