Location: Brooklyn, NY (with option to work from Monsey)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year + profit share (up to 5%)
About Us:
Our Client is a rapidly growing title company seeking an experienced Operations Manager/COO to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned operations professional with all-encompassing title industry knowledge to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in searching reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Manage and develop a high-performing team
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and process improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate searching reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders
- Implement and manage company policies and procedures
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in title industry operations
- In-depth knowledge of searching reports and title industry regulations
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work from Brooklyn or Monsey office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Title industry certifications (e.g., CTL, CTP)
- Experience with title software and technology
- Familiarity with New York State title regulations
