      Our client, the world’s leading entertainment streaming service is looking for a Coordinator, Awards & Talent Relations.

      This is an onsite 7-month contract. You must be able to work in Los Angeles, CA, and have no H1B Visa status. The hourly rate is up to $45.67 per hour. No C2C, no H1Bs. We offer medical and dental benefits and paid sick days as needed. Our client offers complimentary meals/beverages/snacks. This role is full-time time, more than 30 hours per week.

      Position Overview:

      Coordinator, Awards & Talent Relations - will support the Special Projects, LATAM & APAC Awards team and work closely with the Awards & TR Manager to enhance the functionality, efficiency, and productivity of the team overall. Our client works across three regions (UCAN, APAC & LATAM), interacting with cross-functional teams in each territory. Given the projects at hand are varied, extensive, and timely, we are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot, when necessary, thorough, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker and able to exercise good judgment while dealing with a high volume of tasks.

      As a Coordinator for Awards & Talent Relations, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging. You will be involved in processing invoices & POs, coordinating DCP assets requests and deliveries, organizing virtual & in-person awards screenings and activities, creating and maintaining lists and RSVPs, managing project timelines & key documents, coordinating travel logistics & creating schedules, assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls, and managing correspondence between consultants, internal & external teams.

      Additional Responsibility Details:

      • Media Center/ Preview Content support for press assignments
      • Creating and updating press screening invitations & screener newsletter templates
      • Responsible for updating & maintaining key timeline documents across several large-scale projects.
      • Creating, and processing both POs & invoices
      • Supplier onboarding when necessary
      • Manage travel booking for coming projects
        • Examples: International Emmys & contracted travel for museum exhibits
      • Booking DCP and walk-in slide assets for festivals & awards screenings
      • Onsite screening & event coverage with reports
      • Assist with managing assets tracking for upcoming projects
        • This would include working with below-the-line talent to coordinate location & shipping logistics for upcoming displays & events.

      • Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask
      • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Mail
      • BONUS: Conversational level of a non-English language
