- Minimum 3 years recent health services coordination or administration experience.
- Experience with WRHA systems (e.g., SAP, Success factors) an asset.
- Experience with email and computerized calendars.
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized University or Community College.
- Business Administration training preferred (diploma/certificate/degree) with specific training in finance and human resource management.
- A combination of post-secondary education and working experience may be considered.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in computerized systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
- Keyboarding speed of 50 wpm.
- The ability to compile and provide analysis of financial reports.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills essential.
- Ability to prioritize a large workload and independently complete a variety of administrative duties within established deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to a team environment by maintaining good working relationships with all levels of staff and the general public.

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Under the guidance and leadership of the Administrative Manager, Program’s Medical Director, Administrative Director, the Coordinator is responsible for the operational coordination of the regional CHP Program, and may have responsibilities related to the CHP university department. This position will oversee the efficient organization of administrative services, financial management information, hiring processes, and supplies.
Acts as a resource for the regional program operations, as well as for sites, Human Resources, eHealth and Finance, as well as external organizations, funded agencies, clients and the general public.
