      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns to drive conversions for key programs
      - Support social media scheduling, content creation, and community interaction to enhance member engagement
      - Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SEO best practices
      - Track and report on campaign performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions
      - Conduct research on digital marketing trends and competitor tactics to identify new opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - 2-3 years of experience in a marketing department or digital marketing team
      - Proficiency with MS Office and digital marketing tools, including social media management and email marketing systems
      - Versatility in writing styles, including marketing copy and web content
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in oncology marketing and/or non-profit/association marketing
      - Familiarity with specific digital marketing/project management tools, such as Adobe Campaign and Sprout Social
