Execute promotional & GTM activities including content update on PDP for assigned brands, categories/products or seasonal events.
Measure the performance of ecommerce category performance in order to identify problems, opportunities and thus propose solutions.
Collaborate with performance team, CRM & marketing on content requirements, participate in product selection
In Charge of briefs for all product campaigns & ecom emails in partnership with Doo Studio.
Coordinate & Allocate list of skus required for distribution to our US DC, in partnership with the inventory and logistic teams.
Optimize merchandising content on PDPs to maximize time on site, conversion, units per transaction and transaction value.
Manage content authoring for ecom, ensure digital assets are organized with the customer in mind while keeping revenue and conversion targets in focus. Create new & update existing pages.
Set up all promotions, coupons & Manage search results.
Assist Merch specialists on coordination of special projects
Bachelor’s degree in business or other equivalent
1 to 3 years of experience in an E-Commerce, Marketplace or Digital Merchandising role
Experience in merchandising apparel, automotive parts and accessories an asset
Strong understanding of Omni-Channel and Customer Experience, as well as the B2B and B2C commercial aspect of it.
Demonstrated track record achieving or exceeding revenue, conversion and retention targets
Proficiency in web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Proficiency with Digital Platforms (including eCommerce, Recommendation Engines & Content Management Systems)
Great leadership, self started nature and ability to influence and engage others in a multi-departmental environment

As the Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you will be a key team member in the growth of BRPs emerging eCommerce and marketplace channels through the effective merchandising of high performing assortments.
As a key member of the merchandising team, you will ensure the management of the product catalogue, the creation of promotions and optimization of product merchandising to maximize the sales potential of our online flagship store. You will report to the digital merchandising manager as you partner with product managers (apparel, parts and accessories), analytics, marketing, digital performance team to launch memorable experiences and help the organization grow its share of the digital market.
The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day tactical plan to merchandise and partner with the ecommerce merchandising specialist and digital performance team to evolve the digital experience and improve the customer journey through new and emerging tools and technologies.
