What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in planning and implementing various projects and processes
- Develop protocols for tracking and maintaining required information
- Analyze, collect, and compile data to support group activities and operations
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients
- Prepare and distribute materials to support organizational operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of applicable administrative experience; or bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of applicable administrative experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management software, and web-based applications
- Ability to manage complex processes involving multiple stakeholders and data points
- Exemplary customer care skills and a strong approach to workflow
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with international clients and across different time zones
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to create and maintain cooperative working relationships
