      Location: Remote (Pacific Standard Time)
      Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST
      Compensation: $20.50hr


      At Lithia & Driveway (LAD), we’re on a mission to build the largest and most trusted automotive retailer in North America. Our people are the driving force behind our success, and we're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team and support our dynamic, fast-paced HR operations.

      As an HR Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, supporting team members across your assigned region. You'll collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and provide foundational support for a range of HR processes—from onboarding to benefits and internal movements.

      What You’ll Do

      • Respond to HR Inquiries: Monitor and resolve Tier 0-1 employee questions via ServiceNow and email, delivering timely and accurate support.

      • Coordinate New Hire Processes: Support pre-employment, onboarding, and internal employee movements with a focus on compliance and quality.

      • Provide HR Administrative Support: Assist across multiple HR functions including recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and training.

      • Manage HR Systems and Reporting: Use tools like Workday and ServiceNow to maintain records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.

      • Maintain and Improve Documentation: Create and update SOPs and HR process documents to ensure clarity and consistency.

      • Support Special Projects: Contribute to broader HR team initiatives and special projects as needed.

      What You’ll Bring

      • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

      • Excellent time management and communication skills.

      • Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (preferred: ServiceNow, Workday, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

      • 0–3 years of experience in an HR or related administrative support role.

      • A desire to grow your career in a collaborative and people-focused environment.
