Job Description

Respond to HR Inquiries: Monitor and resolve Tier 0-1 employee questions via ServiceNow and email, delivering timely and accurate support.
Coordinate New Hire Processes: Support pre-employment, onboarding, and internal employee movements with a focus on compliance and quality.
Provide HR Administrative Support: Assist across multiple HR functions including recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and training.
Manage HR Systems and Reporting: Use tools like Workday and ServiceNow to maintain records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain and Improve Documentation: Create and update SOPs and HR process documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
Support Special Projects: Contribute to broader HR team initiatives and special projects as needed.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (preferred: ServiceNow, Workday, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
0–3 years of experience in an HR or related administrative support role.

You'll collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and provide foundational support for a range of HR processes—from onboarding to benefits and internal movements.
