What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with the interprofessional team to book initial and follow-up appointments
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for respective programs
- Handle referral processes and outreach
- Respond to external and internal inquiries regarding appointment bookings
- Provide administrative support to ensure exceptional delivery of service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of medical office experience
- Medical Office Administration diploma
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior switchboard or reception experience is an asset
- Exceptional client service skills
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including nurses and physicians
