What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for manufacturers and third-party HUBs regarding patient, prescription, and program inquiries
- Create and process referrals and orders, ensuring streamlined communication with manufacturer/HUB Case Managers
- Review patient financial documents to determine eligibility for assistance programs
- Consult with pharmacists regarding changes in patient conditions and assist with patient follow-up activities
- Perform order processing functions, including data entry and updating patient medical profiles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in patient care, healthcare, retail, or customer service-oriented role
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience working independently to achieve goals with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state Board of Pharmacy
- Experience in calculating benefit usage balances, co-pays, and health insurance mathematical calculations
- Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
