      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a variety of inbound tickets and answer live phone calls as needed
      - Deliver exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients through phone and email
      - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and interactions
      - Resolve tickets through effective communication and coordination with field teams
      - Accept coaching and feedback to foster continuous improvement in your role

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must demonstrate reliability through punctual and consistent attendance
      - Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
      - Ability to accept coaching and feedback from team leaders
      - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing inbound customer service tickets or live call handling
      - Familiarity with home healthcare services or similar industries
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Knowledge of documentation and record-keeping best practices
