      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Visit customers and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of ZOLL’s medical devices for appropriate cases
      - Manage follow-up processes and collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery
      - Develop and maintain knowledge of payer requirements to optimize reimbursement payments
      - Provide ongoing education and training to hospital and office staff on medical device order requirements
      - Achieve and maintain acceptable performance metrics while complying with healthcare regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
      - Experience in healthcare or medical device sales preferred
      - Proficient in navigating hospital environments and interacting with providers and patients
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
      - Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Dynamics
