Make a difference in this dynamic & fast paced role!
Managing current day disruption scheduling for domestic Flight/cabin crew and ensuring that all arrangements comply with CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) regulations and Industrial Awards
Actively managing the day of operation, identifying problems and risks, and implementing a compliant and effective solution
Allocating and scheduling the open time allocations to Flight/Cabin Crew according to Industrial Awards
Managing all Flight/Cabin Crew operational information, problem solving and decision making to ensure appropriate stakeholder consultation occurs
Performing administrative functions that support and maintains Flight/Cabin Crew compliance when required
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills. Ability to manage and resolve multiple problems, identifying and prioritising most critical on a cost/commercial passenger basis
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal customers; strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
Proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, with ability to make commercially sound decisions in time critical situations
Intermediate skills and experience with Microsoft Suite inc. Outlook, Word, Excel & ARMS
An understanding of, and experience in CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) regulations for Cabin and Tech Crew, and EBA (Enterprise Bargaining Agreement) interpretation
A strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the business, and prioritise workload accordingly

As a Coordinator Domestic Tech/Cabin Crew, your work will see you responsible for the disruption management of all Flight/Cabin Crew's activities to maximise the schedule integrity of Qantas' mainline flying operations. You will bring your operational experience and ability to think outside the square which will set you up for success within this pressurised environment!
This role will actively contribute to strategy, development and alignment with external and internal partners across the Qantas Group.
