      We are seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our fast-paced Yum! Total Rewards team. This role will assist the Wellbeing delivery experiences team in the execution of delivering world class wellbeing and other benefits programs as part of program operations which serve as a center of excellence for all US brands and divisions, supporting all above-store employees and US company owned restaurants.

      Salary Range: $­­58,700 - $68,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

      Responsibilities:

      • Administer company tuition reimbursement, Yum-sponsored scholarship, and service awards & recognition programs
      • Manage self-sustaining smaller wellbeing programs with a focus on vendor oversight and ensuring smooth program delivery
      • Manage department inbox – resolve employee questions /respond to feedback
      • Support employee communications (updates to calendars, content/web portals, employee surveys) and reporting/tracking
      • Process department invoices & assist with budget process as needed
      • Support preparation and collection of compliance documentation, risk assessments, and file integrations
      • Assist in tracking participation and coordinating logistics for wellbeing activities (organizing Live Well expos, step challenges, emotional health series, etc.)
      • Support other areas of Benefits team as needed

      Minimum Requirements:

      • 3 or more years preferred experience in corporate benefits OR overall HR and/or healthcare experience
      • Wellbeing certification preferred; bachelor’s degree required
      • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
      • Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills; attention to detail and proven ability to manage set timelines
      • High proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft 365 a plus
