What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the analysis and tracking of client requests to propose suitable and realistic solutions
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance plans and technical updates on Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and Craft CMS
- Ensure smooth internal communication with the production team (developers, designers, QA)
- Perform simple adjustments on the platforms when possible (content, products, configurations)
- Control the quality of deliverables before going live
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the web field, ideally in e-commerce
- At least 1 year of experience in digital project coordination
- Strong knowledge of Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and Craft CMS
- Solid understanding of maintenance processes and quality assurance
- Bilingualism is an asset
