Follow Client's Service Excellence performance standards

Provide copy/mail center, AV, conference room, and support services
-
Meet deadlines and productivity standards with error-free output
-
Prepare, inspect, and assemble accurate project materials
-
Calibrate and operate equipment, match color/quality as required
-
Transfer files electronically to color equipment
-
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software equipment issues
-
Clear jams, refill toner, replace machine oil, and report failures
-
Maintain organized, clean work area and professional appearance
-
Track, complete, and maintain required reporting and inventory
-
Perform installation, diagnostics, servicing, and retrofits
-
Conduct basic and complex technical repair procedures
-
Complete assigned digital and equipment training
-
Meet all attendance and punctuality standards
-
Perform other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years of related experience; 5 years preferred
-
Strong in-person customer service experience required
-
Good organizational and prioritization skills
-
Ability to use, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex office equipment
-
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
-
Work in office environment with walking, standing, and reaching
-
Basic dexterity using tools, keyboard, and hand-eye coordination
Copier Fleet Specialist
Sacramento, CA 95816
2-month contract
M-F (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Performs one or more of the following tasks for high-end equipment (Segment 5+): press operation, copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, quality control, final check, pickup/delivery, facility maintenance, and mailroom duties. Provides face-to-face customer support and manages copier fleet supplies. Position is 75% customer-facing.Responsibilities
