      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up with families who have had initial conversations and advise on next steps to drive move-ins to customer communities
      - Act as a liaison between families in need and the communities or care providers
      - Provide expert resource support to families after initial referrals to communities or home care providers
      - Manage the follow-up sales process, ensuring effective communication with families and customer communities
      - Schedule tours at customer communities and convert leads into customer move-ins

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of strong sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas
      - Proficient in proactive outreach and closing skills in a consultative sales environment
      - Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with clients
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport over the phone

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the senior living industry or related fields
      - Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively
      - History of successful performance in a high-pressure sales environment
      - Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
