What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write and develop content for social media, email marketing campaigns, paid ads, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Propose and execute creative campaign ideas focused on acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Develop and maintain the Brand Voice Guide for the employer
- Coordinate and conceptualize content with influencers and brand partners
- Support the design and execution of the monthly communication plan alongside the design team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep knowledge of the Venezuelan audience (both domestically and abroad)
- Impeccable spelling and grammar skills (obsessive level)
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with CRM and email marketing tools (ideal: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, RD Station or similar)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative, strategic, and commercial content writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields
- Startup mentality with a desire to grow, adapt quickly, and contribute beyond expectations
- High organizational skills and operational execution capabilities
