  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with the Senior Copywriter and creative team to develop engaging copy that reflects the employer's voice
  - Write and edit copy for various digital channels, including Paid Media, eCommerce, and social media
  - Support the development of comprehensive campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  - Analyze creative performance to enhance engagement and conversion rates
  - Maintain quality and consistency across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred
  - Minimum of 3-5 years of copywriting experience at an agency or in-house
  - Portfolio showcasing diverse copywriting skills, particularly in Business-to-Consumer communications
  - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  - Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with DTC marketing and social-first storytelling
  - Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment
  - Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
