Develop and create effective, engaging copy for all marketing projects that support business objectives and adhere to established brand voice
Collaborate with the creative director, senior copywriters, designers, other Studio members, and internal partners to determine the conceptual and copy direction of branding and advertising initiatives
Work with team members to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
Write compelling and fresh content
Write copy and messaging for print, digital and creative comps
Write and develop case studies when required
Present messaging strategies and recommendations to internal boundary partners
Research industry-related topics and identify gaps in our content
Write original copy for ads and corporate communications
Prepare and publish articles that describe our company and products
Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues
Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility
Liaise with Designers to enrich text with visual aids, like images and charts
Shape language and tone used in sales emails, banners, and brochures
Interview clients, industry experts and internal teams
Ensure all content is up to date
Must be a conceptual thinker and talented writer who is proficient in capturing and defining a brand’s voice
Experience in brand identity, direct mail, digital campaigns, social media content, corporate communications, broadcast TV and radio, print and OOH
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism , Marketing , Communications or related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 year s of experience , a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience or 10 years of experience in a related field with no degree
4 years’ experience in an accredited advertising agency
Proven work experience and recognition as copywriter or similar role
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong copywriting skills and knowledge of editing procedures
High level experience with global brands in brand identity and voice
Solid presentation skills
Portfolio of published work
An ability to write creative copy both for large pieces of content (e.g., product descriptions) and smaller texts (e.g., social media posts)
Solid time-management skills
Basic keyword search knowledge
Strong proofreading skills required .
Degree in related discipline strongly desired
In-house agency experience
Proficient in Workfront
Some design knowledge—fonts, layouts, etc.—to optimize the effectiveness of all materials, is

Copywriter , The Brand Studio
You’re the copy generator. At the Brand Studio you’ll write marketing content, as well as general marketing messaging, for all platforms, tactics, and channels. You’ll create compelling copy for an array of products and services, and work closely with teams internally and externally to go above and beyond for marketing needs.
Obviously, superior writing and being able to communicate ideas effectively are a must , and you’ll apply those standards daily, across all channels.
You are a polished communicator and effective problem solver, confronting daily challenges while juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines. You know how to take industry jargon and communicate it in a way anyone can understand it.
