What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the design, creation, and execution of communication campaigns for internal and external audiences
- Participate in the editorial process for physician-facing communications to ensure timely and accurate content
- Maintain and manage social media channels, including content creation and campaign execution
- Oversee the employee intranet, ensuring brand compliance and developing new content
- Analyze communications data to identify opportunities for improvement and success in campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or Public Relations
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Communications or Marketing
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- Experience with marketing platforms like Pardot and social media tools like Sprout Social is a plus

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and a strong interest in healthcare communications
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and strategic thinking skills to enhance communication effectiveness
