  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with senior leaders to identify internal communication needs and objectives
  - Serve as a strategic communications counsel, creating content for various audiences and channels
  - Partner cross-functionally to align communication strategies for consistent and impactful information sharing
  - Leverage technology to personalize and deliver messages at scale for a global workforce
  - Manage content calendars for company-wide communications and assist with crisis communication strategies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 5-7 years of progressive experience in internal/employee communications
  - Proven ability to create compelling strategic communications that engage and inspire audiences
  - Demonstrated ability to partner and counsel executive and senior-level leaders effectively
  - Exceptional writing and editing skills, with adaptability for different channels and audiences
  - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with communication tools such as Poppulo, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Canva, and ClickUp
