      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the drafting and negotiation of SaaS agreements for EMEA customers, including MSAs, order forms, and amendments
      - Provide practical guidance on GDPR, UK GDPR, and related privacy topics as the company expands across EMEA
      - Develop and maintain templates, clause libraries, and internal guidance to streamline legal processes
      - Support privacy-related customer inquiries, audits, and incident responses as needed
      - Collaborate with Sales, Security, Product, and Ops to enhance legal workflows and initiatives impacting EMEA operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of post-JD experience with a focus on SaaS commercial contracting (sales-side required)
      - Strong knowledge of European privacy frameworks, including GDPR and UK GDPR
      - Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate risk clearly
      - Must be based in a European time zone
      - J.D. from a U.S. law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting EMEA sales teams at a SaaS or cloud company
      - Hands-on experience with SCCs and international data transfer frameworks
      - Privacy credential (e.g., CIPP/E) or equivalent practical knowledge
      - Previous in-house experience at a technology company
      - Comfort in building playbooks and scalable contracting workflows
