      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise on a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters, including corporate governance and subsidiary management
      - Support M&A and other strategic transactions, including deal structuring and negotiation
      - Partner cross-functionally to support equity compensation strategy and administration
      - Collaborate with HR and Finance on employment, compensation, and benefits matters
      - Manage equity and debt financings, including due diligence and negotiation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - J.D. degree and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
      - 3-6+ years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house at a technology company
      - Experience in corporate governance, M&A, and securities compliance
      - Deep knowledge of equity compensation structures
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with M&A, IPO experience, or in a publicly traded company
      - Experience working at a scaling, global tech company
      - Familiarity with platforms like Carta
