      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support regulatory compliance with U.S. privacy and AI laws and monitor developing regulations
      - Provide risk-based legal counsel regarding compliance with privacy and AI requirements
      - Conduct privacy and AI impact assessments and manage data subject requests
      - Develop and maintain privacy and AI compliance policies and procedures
      - Assist with privacy incident investigations and coordinate responses with stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctorate (Required)
      - Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in privacy and AI law
      - Proven experience with U.S. privacy laws and familiarity with EU frameworks
      - Strong understanding of emerging U.S. and EU AI laws
      - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, AIGP certifications are strongly desired
      - Experience in operationalizing privacy processes and supporting program implementation
      - Business experience in translating regulatory requirements into scalable policies
      - Hands-on experience in developing privacy governance structures and workflows
      - Experience in drafting and negotiating privacy-related terms in agreements
