      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the contract lifecycle process, including reviews, negotiations, and compliance with organizational policies
      - Oversee privacy, data protection, and security-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
      - Lead regulatory and compliance initiatives, advising on evolving SaaS and employment data regulations
      - Provide corporate, HR, IP, and operational legal support across various teams
      - Serve as a strategic legal partner, offering practical, business-focused legal advice and building scalable legal processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 6 years in-house
      - Experience negotiating with customers in the SaaS industry
      - Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
      - Active membership in the bar of at least one U.S. state
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a high-growth environment

      - Experience working directly with sales teams and understanding their contractual needs
      - Familiarity with international regulations affecting the technology industry
      - Proven problem-solving skills in analyzing complex legal issues
      - Ability to draft and negotiate a variety of legal documents effectively
