What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the entire inbound negotiation process for SaaS, consultants, and managed services
- Collaborate with the people department on domestic and international employment matters
- Provide legal advice on pending and potential litigation, balancing risk with business needs
- Develop and refine legal infrastructure, including templates and policies for procurement
- Deliver execution-ready legal work product while acting as a strategic partner to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in at least one current U.S. state bar
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in procurement, technology transactions, and commercial contracting
- Proven experience negotiating technology and services contracts, including SaaS and software licensing
- Strong drafting skills with the ability to provide practical solutions in real-time
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities

- Familiarity with legal workflow or contract management tools (e.g., e-signature, document management)
