      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide accurate legal guidance and recommendations on all matters affecting the company
      - Support the company through Trust & Safety incident responses
      - Maintain an in-depth understanding of education regulations and provide recommendations on necessary actions
      - Create, implement, and maintain compliance policies to mitigate regulatory risk
      - Negotiate, create, review, and execute agreements and contracts essential for business operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and Bar Admission in good standing
      - 7+ years of legal experience in an edtech corporate environment
      - Executive presence with the ability to represent the company internally and externally
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in navigating litigation associated with general liability risk
      - Familiarity with Domestic and International privacy regulations, including GDPR
      - Proven track record of creating and implementing compliance policies in a corporate setting
