      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and support on a variety of corporate matters
      - Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements
      - Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Collaborate with various departments to address legal issues
      - Assist in project financing and other corporate transactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law or related fields
      - Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance
      - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the renewable energy sector
      - Project financing experience preferred but not required
