      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate, draft, and review various commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements and vendor purchase agreements
      - Collaborate with sales and business teams to gather internal feedback on customer and vendor contracts
      - Enhance efficiency in the contract workflow process and enforce organizational policies
      - Assist in evaluating and updating company document templates
      - Provide strategic legal advice to internal departments and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with 1-2 years in-house
      - Experience negotiating with customers and vendors, ideally in the SaaS industry
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
      - J.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
      - Active member of the bar in at least one state in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or interest in privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), and other emerging SaaS topics
      - Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Word
