What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and govern an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap with strategic priorities
- Roll out an enterprise-wide data governance framework focusing on risk mitigation and protection of sensitive data
- Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure accountability for information assets
- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned team and facilitate communication between business units and IT
- Develop and maintain an inventory of enterprise information maps and implement data quality standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, or related field
- 5 - 8 years of experience in managing Data Governance operations or related roles
- Understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience with data governance tools and data management platforms
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate goals and manage relationships effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CIPP(US/E), CDMP, CISA certifications or equivalent experience
- Experience establishing a data governance program from the ground up
- Experience working in a Shared Service organization supporting various industry security frameworks
