      As a member of the Corporate Strategy & Development (CS&D) team, the Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development assists strategic projects in areas such as internal consulting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, strategic planning, and competitive analysis. This job supports quantitative and qualitative analysis that synthesize information in a way that facilitates the decision-making process for leaders of the CS&D team. This job works both independently and in close coordination with other members of the CS&D team and business partners.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties
      • Supports the evaluation, planning, solution development, and execution of strategic projects.
      • Applies business acumen to analyze potential opportunities and solutions that advance the organization’s strategic priorities.
      • Creates basic financial models and presentation materials to support Strategy & Development trends, conclusions and recommended solutions.
      • Researches competitive and market intelligence to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with leadership.
      • Assists in the development of recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
      • Drafts findings of internal and external strategic issues and opportunities that could affect growth and profitability of the organization.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Spring 2024 graduate preferred
      • Prior internship in M&A execution experience in private equity, corporate development, investment banking or any other related role is a plus
      • Experience with corporate strategy principles, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, managerial accounting, corporate finance, and project finance
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful in complex situations
      • High degree of endurance and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly manage changing priorities and diverse subject matters
      • Ability to deliver under pressure
      • Ability to handle sensitive leadership information with utmost confidentiality
      • High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex and open- ended issues

      Base Pay Range: $78,800/yr. - $110,000/yr.

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
