Job Description

Conduct valuation modeling to support decision making around M&A and VC activity.
Provide market and target research, including business and product profiles and industry trends.
Support due diligence data gathering and data room maintenance for selected transactions.
Provide analysis and guidance to support development of strategic plans for segments, business units, and functions.
Prepare presentations on transaction opportunities, structures and valuations.
Support development of the enterprise-wide strategic plans and other materials which are presented to the Board of Directors.
Conduct data analysis to support key initiatives based on the needs and strategic direction of Oshkosh businesses.
Develop and maintain Corporate Development templates, standard work instructions, and training materials.
Participate in continuous improvement related to business development processes.
Actively participate in Corporate Development continuous feedback and mentoring sessions. Sessions help create upward and downward coaching and leadership skills required for a business leader to be successful.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.
Ability to travel occasionally.
1-3 years work experience.
Experience working in/with a Manufacturing industry.
Financial and data analysis skills.
Ability to communicate complex models and concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to interpret data and make thoughtful business recommendations.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
