      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute governance meetings for the board of directors
      - Manage event planning from inception to post-event follow-up
      - Maintain and update shared working documents within SharePoint
      - Manage meeting budget and expenses associated with board meetings
      - Provide end-to-end event management and logistical support for revenue-generating events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum five (5) years' experience as an event/meeting planner
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work with senior-level executives and board of directors
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% and work additional hours when necessary
