What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for high-level reporting for assigned customers using various data and reporting systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to reporting, promotions, inventory management, and other services provided to customers
- Collaborate with senior sales management on business-critical activities and customer communications
- Generate business reviews and presentations for customers using reporting tools and software
- Lead efforts in customer onboarding, enrollment, and management of vendor contracts to ensure accurate pricing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work independently as a self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Access
- Previous experience in a role that involved customer relationship management
