- Drive strategic vision and marketing approach in support of the firm’s impact strategy in select priority markets
- Manage and advise brand marketing teams, overseeing and influencing project scope and organization, creative production, paid media planning and delivery, performance and updates to stakeholders, including senior executives
- Collaborate, lead and influence projects across various teams, including Communications, Brand, Media, Events, and agency partners
- Oversee development of creative, content and marketing assets across paid and owned channels, including social media, marketing partnerships, programmatic, events, videos, website and internal platforms
- Build connectivity and drive collaboration through sharing information with firmwide colleagues
- Contribute to messaging development and research to understand impacts of marketing and communications on Brand Health (trust, innovation, and reputation)
- 7+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, and/or Brand Management
- Effective team player, role model with strong collaboration skills and a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed corporate environment across various business and functional teams; promote a culture of collaboration across organizational boundaries to facilitate growth of the business
- Strong project management skills, adherence to timelines in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of the financial services industry is desired, but not required
We are hiring a Vice President to be part of the Corporate Impact Marketing Team. Corporate Impact Marketing leads coordinated brand marketing strategy for JPMorgan Chase, working across all lines of business and corporate functions to tell a positive, consistent and comprehensive story about the firm's impact to its customers, clients and communities. This includes marketing efforts in support of, among other areas, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Corporate Responsibility, Environmental Sustainability, and Racial Equity commitments, as well as Talent Marketing and other strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for helping to drive local public affairs marketing and messaging strategies in select markets aimed at increasing brand perception and trust, by showcasing how the firm is driving a stronger, more inclusive economy. In this role, the Vice President will be responsible for managing campaigns from strategy to execution. You must be a strong team player, who has demonstrated an ability to build relationships, drive alignment with stakeholders and deliver results. This individual must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner and have experience influencing cross-functional teams.
