What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research on multi-state statutory and regulatory changes related to motor vehicle dealer operations
- Assist in drafting legal documents, such as motions for summary judgment and contracts
- Research state-based lobbying requirements
- Analyze local ordinances pertaining to wholesale auction operations
- Complete legal checklists for new store openings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Westlaw research
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in the intersection of business and law
- Ability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year (May 2024-May 2025)
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience preparing research memoranda and general understanding of business issues
- Previous business experience
