- Work with internal teams e.g. Marketing, Product, Finance to facilitate the onboarding and renewal of all Corporate B2B customers, maintaining a network of stakeholders throughout the business in order to facilitate solutions to issues, queries or complaints received via a number of mediums.
- To lead and own client specific administration & system solutions, based on cross functional technical understanding of business processes, products and platforms.
- Proactively foster and develop excellent working relationships with our customers and intermediaries, pro-actively liaising with customers and intermediaries via email and telephone to ensure that we effectively manage document fulfilment and onboarding activities within FCA guidelines.
- Manage and prioritise a variety of workstreams as required to ensure onboarding activity remains within SLA’s.
- Achieve targets relating to productivity and quality measures, using a variety of established technical and administrative processes,
- Work effectively within a team, whilst also working independently on required renewal and onboarding activity.
- Highly skilled in all aspects of MS Office applications and able to use multiple internal systems effectively.
- Good relationship management skills and ability to build networks of internal & external relationships.
- Confident and articulate with the ability to challenge at all levels effectively.
- Able to assimilate and analyse information and data from a variety of sources and use this effectively to ensure objectives and goals are met.
- Ability to work in target driven team and achieve personal targets on a monthly basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills, with the ability to be self-reliant and disciplined.

Full time – 37.5 hours (Mon – Fri 8-6 rotational)
12 Month Fixed Term
Starting salary £23,000 per annum

Role Overview
As a Corporate Onboarding Executive, you will provide administrative support via email and telephone for the whole of Corporate Sales for the renewal and onboarding of new and existing business.
You will support our customers in the beginning of their journey with us and help onboard them onto the relevant systems working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition. You'll be required to answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers providing a professional and dedicated service by telephone and email.
