What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma (required)
- 10+ years' experience as a Paralegal (required)
- Self-starter with an interest in creating processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certification
- In-house experience in a corporate legal department
- Proficiency with Sharepoint
