      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage all aspects of global real estate transactions, overseeing both outsourced service providers and an internal team
      - Implement global real estate strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
      - Negotiate and structure complex real estate transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for the employer
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to support real estate initiatives
      - Oversee due diligence processes, including financial analysis, building inspections, and risk assessments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
      - Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly in international markets
      - Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and portfolios
      - Strong negotiation and analytical skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
