Job Description
- Req#: REQ241012
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, monitors visitor access and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Creates visitor badge and follows all onsite protocols for visitor access. Manages visitor tracking log and completes daily/weekly reporting.
- Supports visitor, employee or callers queries about the campus, amenities and services.
- Schedules meeting rooms (large event rooms) for the campus or site. Provides a customer first approach responding in a timely manner and ensures quality service.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 - 2 years previous receptionist/customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office; Windows
- Excellent communication skills

As our Corporate Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and customers at our office in Overland Park.
