- Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding and define each open position, set expectations, and ensure alignment regarding key steps in the hiring process.
- Develops and implements recruitment plans for assigned departments and/or key jobs.
- Manages company's list of open positions and online job listings.
- Source potential candidates through various sourcing channels, with emphasis on internal recruiting programs, industry contacts and company job listings, as opposed to reliance on third party recruiting.
- Develop and maintain consistent pipeline activity for positions assigned.
- Network to source talent and deliver creative, consultative, search-based hiring approach for recruiting. Develop referral networks.
- Prepares applicants for interviews with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information regarding the job via job descriptions, department structure, and the role within. Articulates the employment value proposition.
- Manages the qualification, interview, and selection process. Recommends top candidates for hiring manager interviews. Participates in post interview debrief/feedback with interview teams to ensure selection of the best candidate.
- Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of recruiting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business-related degree strongly preferred.
- 2-5 years of corporate recruiting experience within the healthcare industry, including clinicians (physicians, nurses, social workers) and jobs across the corporate office, including finance, information technology and operations.
- Demonstrated successful experience directly soliciting passive candidates via the phone or have related inside sales experience.
- Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements, and accepts responsibility for actions and results.
- Demonstrated success working independently, developing, and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction.
- Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to understand customers and anticipate their needs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.

Position: Corporate Recruiter - 1099 6 Month Contract
Monogram Health is seeking a 1099 6 month contracted corporate recruiter to help lead the company's in-house recruiting efforts. The recruiter will be responsible for facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process for talented and experienced healthcare professionals. Duties will include developing strategies to recruit key positions, with an emphasis on in-house recruiting and sourcing through employees and internal efforts; reviewing resumes and applications; screening candidates prior to scheduling interviews; and maintaining lists of open positions and status of recruitment. Significant focus will be placed on pipeline development and improving recruitment metrics, with a focus on successfully recruiting without the use of third-party recruiters.
