      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform full-cycle recruiting including development and execution of recruiting strategies for corporate roles
      - Source, identify, and screen candidates against job requirements
      - Manage and coordinate all recruitment process communications with candidates to ensure a positive experience
      - Maintain candidate tracking systems and provide required reporting
      - Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for succession planning and business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Demonstrated knowledge of EEOC and other legal and regulatory guidelines related to hiring
      - Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products
      - Experience in healthcare and/or clinical research recruiting or staffing agency preferred
      - Ability to travel occasionally for job fairs and meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leveraging recruitment marketing and branding tools, including social media networks
      - Workday experience
