What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt corporate roles, including college/university recruiting
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates and consult with business leaders on talent-related strategies
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate pre-employment testing, background/reference checks, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Engage with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions, ensuring alignment with business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree with emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a Human Resource environment
- Proven strategic experience in full lifecycle recruiting within a fast-paced business environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales background is helpful, but not required
- Workday experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Advanced executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong sourcing skills, including sourcing passive talent
