What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end sustainability reporting projects, including defining project scope and aligning with relevant frameworks
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration and conduct quality reviews
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance reporting outcomes
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay updated on industry developments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or sustainability) or 6+ years of equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience in a related field
- Proven knowledge of corporate responsibility, sustainability, and ESG regulations
- Demonstrated multi-month project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other relevant tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in ESG reporting with a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or a global Fortune 500 company
- Familiarity with carbon accounting and voluntary reporting standards
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple concurrent tasks effectively
