What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end sustainability reporting, including project scope definition and timeline management
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration and conduct quality reviews to ensure alignment with relevant frameworks
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance reporting outcomes
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay updated on industry developments and best practices
- Drive collaboration and communication across functions to support decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or sustainability) or 6+ years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of work experience
- Strong understanding of corporate responsibility, sustainability, and ESG regulations
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent tasks
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Workiva, and WorkFront
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in ESG reporting, preferably with a Big 4 public accounting firm or a global Fortune 500 company
- Knowledge of carbon accounting and emerging ESG regulations
- Experience leading multi-month projects successfully
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
