What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead programmatic improvements to safety systems, including policies, procedures, and best practices
- Organize and host bi-weekly and monthly conference calls with EHS Managers and Receiving Stations
- Conduct visits throughout the manufacturing network to support safety initiatives
- Assist with audits, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses
- Draft corporate safety reports and brief senior leadership on safety goals and challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree is required with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of safety requirements and eligibility for Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification within one year
- Excellent project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven experience with leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making
- Prior experience with audits, hazard assessments, and root cause analysis

- Experience hosting and organizing team or group meetings and calls
- Strong organizational skills
- Additional certifications related to safety management
