What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach or exceed assigned sales goals and implement effective sales strategies
- Develop and execute a cold calling strategy to target potential prospects
- Establish and maintain strong customer relations with both internal and external clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level sales experience
- Proven track record of reaching sales goals and executing strategies

- Experience in cold calling and prospecting new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales
- Previous outsourcing sales experience
- Demonstrated hunter mentality in sales approach
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Knowledge of workforce management solutions
