      About the job:
      JumpCrew is looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Trainer to design, develop, and implement effective training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales teams. The ideal candidate will conduct skills gap analysis, create learning materials, and evaluate training results to ensure continuous improvement. Partnering with leadership and our sales team, the Corporate Sales Trainer will identify challenges, recommend strategies to increase productivity, and ultimately drive team success.

      Responsibilities:
      • Conduct skills gap analyses to determine areas of improvement for sales teams.
      • Design sales training programs, including onboarding, and compliance training.
      • Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales reps, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
      • Coordinate and lead individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
      • Monitor and track sales objectives, ensuring alignment with training goals and outcomes.
      • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and managers to continually enhance training courses.
      • Report on the effectiveness of training programs, including tracking sales performance improvements.
      • Motivate and influence trainees while fostering positive relationships within the sales team.
      Qualifications:
      • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar training role.
      • Previous experience in a sales role is a plus.
      • Ability to manage the entire training cycle, including new hire onboarding, in-person sessions and virtual learning classes.
      • Practical experience with e-learning platforms and digital learning solutions.
      • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
      • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills, able to engage and inspire teams.
      • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
      • Additional certification in training, learning & development, or coaching is a plus. (ex:CPTM, CPSP or CTC)
