      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and advance the employer's crisis management and business continuity processes
      - Support business units to ensure current business continuity plans are in place
      - Develop and conduct annual tabletop crisis exercises
      - Create and deliver training on crisis management and preparedness
      - Conduct compliance and quality audits on business continuity and resilience programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of relevant experience in the public or private sector
      - Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
      - Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours for meetings and crisis support
      - Experience in crisis management and business continuity training or certifications preferred (e.g., CMCP/CMCS, S-CCMO, CCMC)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with data visualization and metrics platforms
      - Previous experience in crisis management roles
      - Additional certifications in related fields
